Honest Health & Wellness Reviews — Researched, Not Sponsored
I'm Lena Hathaway. I spend my days reading clinical studies, analyzing supplement labels, and evaluating telehealth platforms so you can make informed decisions without wading through marketing hype. Every review on this site is based on documented research, real ingredient analysis, and transparent methodology — not brand deals.

What I Cover
Supplement Reviews
I break down supplement formulations ingredient by ingredient — what the research actually says, what dosages matter, and where brands are stretching the truth. From weight management and cognitive support to prostate health and blood sugar wellness, I dig into the science behind the marketing claims.
Telehealth Platform Reviews
The telehealth space is exploding, especially for GLP-1 weight loss programs, hormone therapy, and ED treatment. I review these platforms for pricing transparency, prescribing practices, pharmacy sourcing, and refund policies — the details that matter after you've already entered your credit card.
Wellness & Lifestyle Products
From skincare and personal care to consumer tech and lifestyle tools, I evaluate products that show up in your feed with big promises. My approach is the same regardless of category: what does it claim, what does the evidence say, and is it worth your money.
How I Work
Research first, opinions second. I don't write reviews from press releases. If I'm covering a supplement, I've pulled the studies on every active ingredient and compared them against the label claims. If I'm reviewing a telehealth platform, I've read their terms of service, checked their pharmacy partnerships, and verified their pricing against what they actually charge.
I check every claim brands make. Companies love phrases like “clinically proven” and “doctor recommended.” I trace those claims back to the actual research — and when the studies don't support the marketing, I say so directly.
Comparisons over isolated reviews. Knowing one product “works” doesn't help much if there's a better option at half the price. I review products within their competitive landscape so you can see how they stack up against real alternatives.
Affiliate transparency. Some links on this site are affiliate links, and I'm upfront about that. But I've written negative reviews of products with excellent affiliate programs and recommended products with none. My conclusions don't change based on commission rates. Ever.
